To answer your 06-07 Topps RC variations questions...
These following players, in draft order, have a action shot version and a Draft suit version...Just thought I'd post since there's been a lot of question, and I was just researching it myself:

yes, of the players listed above, the draft suit version is the rarer card.

I looked on eBay for the 2 different pics of all the players, and from the ones I have. I checked every player. A few others like Thabo, Sene, etc. have just a Draft suit card.
