1997 Fleer soaring stars Ken Griffey, Jr. Sparkle or not sparkle version. Help

Hello, I have a 1997 fleer soaring stars Griffey, Jr. and can't tell if it is the base card or the glowing version. Does anybody know by the picture if it the glowing version or just the base or is there a mark on the card to tell you. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks, Bill

It is tough to tell but it looks like you just have the base version
