I've never seen anything that bad! Not sure if I would buy from them.

That is terrible no doubt but as you see from those folks who upload thousands of auctions I can see this easily happening. As in the end it all about time and getting the cards up on the bay as quick as possibly and moving them. Then onto the next load. The percentages on the cards Is so small I know I would not want to make a livelihood on selling cards. Perhaps a side hustle for a little extra income but to survive only (NO WAY).
Did you contact them to see if they had a better photo as I bet they would be quick to put it up if someone mentioned it.
p.s. I think it is a great photo if one was crazy enough to file a PayPal claim using that picture as their basis. Once you get the card you could file a paypal claim and say "Item not as described as in the photo". Just being crazy here but I wonder what ebay would say if you filed a claim with that logic.

I did contact him and politely asked if he had a better photo.
I actually thought something similar about someone filing a claim that “card was not as described in photo”

Wow probably didn't think about the photo like you said. Did you get a better photo? I wonder what FeeBay (EBay) would do if someone did the clain?

Salesman messaged me back and thanked me and said he would replace it. I haven’t gone back to check.
