You're going to hate me haha, but I just use the regular 9-pocket pages anyway. I just cram them in, thick or not.
I don't care too much about cards being 'perfect'. I'm careful when I put them in, but a dinged corner here and there doesn't bother me. I just love the ease of storage and view-ability a 9-pocket page brings for my collection.

omg you people putting jersey cards into binder sleeves are animals!!

try slitting the top side of the sleeve with a knife or scissors.
it works for storing jersey cards in penny sleeves, maybe it will work for binder sleeves.
