To be honest, I didn't even know he won 3 MVP's. I', just saying when I think of HOF'ers, I wouldn' think of Randall Cunningham, he was good but I personally just see him as one of the elite. Although, it's much easier to get into the football hof than the baseball hof, so maybe I'm being a little to critical.

I'm just stating his case. I don't really think he's a lock due to his complete lack of any post-season credentials.

cunningham has no chance anytime soon!! as you said, no post season credentials, and doesn't have the #s!!

Actually, I think he gets in probably in the first 3 years (somewhat biased due to him being a Viking)
He has good stats (Better than Aikmans, Close to Favre and Elways, of course without postseason). He played on Winning teams.

cunningham is 28 all time in pass attempts (again, collins / brunell are ahead)...aikman is 18, elway/favre are 3 and 2
cunningham NEVER lead the league for a single season in any passing catagory!!

Off Topic: Before people start saying stuff like "Aikman doesnt have the numbers to be HOF", or stuff like that. You have to remember that Aikman had the all-time leading rusher in the NFL, Emmitt Smith. Marino, Elway, Young, Montana, and on and on didnt have that. Aikman isnt the "best" quarterback all-time, but deffinately deserves to be first-ballot HOF'er.
And back on -topic. I dont know a whole lot about Cunningham, so my opinion isn't that strong. But I really dont see him being in the HOF either. He just didnt leave his mark in the league like alot of other quarterbacks.
