upperdeck finally does good
i have been waiting for about a year and a half for a upperdeck sp signature 5 star redemption of garnett, carmelo, magic, lebron and jordan. for waiting so long upperdeck sent me these:
10 packs 2006 ultra football
10 packs 2005-06 fleer greats of the game basketball
15 packs 2006-07 reflections basketball
i cant complain about ud anymore. just thought i'd share.

Did they give a timetable for it?
I've been waiting 9 months for a Trilogy Triple auto #/35 with David Wright and I've almost given up on it.

As long as they still send you that auto card I would be happy to. I have been waiting 2 years on one and still nothing.

I was waiting almost a year and a half for a Corey Patterson jersey/auto. They sent me 8 packs of 05 MLB Artifacts and a Ron Santo Sweet Spot instead. I'm still not a big fan of UD though. I had to call so much, I don't remember how many times I called. Everytime I called I got a different story.

I would still complain. All they sent you was 30 packs, and I bet the SP was more valuable than everything in the packs put together. If they say they are going to sent you a certain card, then please send me that certain card, not sonething else because they forgot or cant get it. That is terrible customer service!

First things first, Are they still going to send you the Auto?
I have been waiting 9 months now for a UD ESPN Marcus Allen auto. Again I will say I despise Redemption cards. If they sent me packs instead of my card I would be slightly PO. I already opened packs and was lucky enough to get this one. Please fulfill your end of the deal I thought I understood that you would make good on my redemption or stop doing them. People will jump up and down with Joy! Yeah, no more redemptions.
One of the two reasons I do love Press Pass. By the way the other reason is that all autos are on the card.

i just got an email from ud saying that the card is being shipped. i think it matters WHO you talk to at ud to get things done. i got the run around from 5 different reps and didnt get anything done until i talked to one guy imparticular. if anyone wants more info om me.

the card is being sent. i made sure that the packs woud NOT be a replacement. ive heard alot of bad stuff about ud, but this is definately one of the good stories,

update:
the card came in. it is a nice card, but they are sticker autos and i have no idea why they would put lebron and mj on the back. but i cant complain since it is lebron and mj. ill post a pic as soon as i get a new scanner.
