Dan Bouchard Question

Sometimes I will go off and look for random autographs of 1980's goaltenders. I was looking up Dan Bouchard cards and noticed a number of them have PS:139 on them. Does anyone know what that means or is a reference to.

(NB: I am not at all religious, but I do think it is an interesting part of autograph history in many sports that Biblical verse has been referenced)

Dan Bouchard is a devotedly religious fellow having spent many years working with Hockey Ministries International. He will often sign (if there is room) with an inscription referencing one of his favorite Bible versus. These verses seem to change from time to time. Below are some examples, and the verses they reference are linked with the text.
