I started this set when it came out and never completed it.

I have many base card and rookies. Some of the rookies I have are Chipper Jones, Manny Ramirez, Carlos Delgado, Johnny Damon and many others.

No Jeter as I was not fortunate enough to pull one.

Great set! Is the cost of the Jeter what kept/keeps you from going ahead and completing the set?

I could have SWORN I pulled a Jeter when I bought some SP in '93, even remember pinning it to a cork board in my room (pin through a penny sleeve, of course), but I didn't find it when I cleaned up my childhood bedroom. I may have sold/traded it at a card show in the mid-90s. D'oh!

I once collected all 4 major sports. But it became way to much.

Thought about finishing the set. But never got to it.
