Comment: Very UNHAPPY with this return. I sent 6 cards $30 He signed 3/6 but 2 we're badly smeared. So for $30 I got I good card that was on top. I even powdered the cards and sent a new blue sharpie. Gonna resend the smeared cards and see if he understands.
