    Possible 1990 Bowman error

    Hi, I just was looking through some 90' Bowman and came across this card. By the brim of the hat, it looks like there is a blue streak going back from the front. When I compared it to some other photos I found of the same card it looked different. Thanks for your opinion in advance!
