Prove to me they are fake...do you know the seller? again...didn't think so. What if that seller is someone on this site? does that change your attitude. I bet it would.

My point is this...you have a seller with like 500 positives and 1 negative...and I realize feedback doesn't mean everything, but why does everyone want to ruin the reputation of a complete stranger when they have NO PROOF. How in the hell do you know he didn't get those in person? So you are basically committing slander against a person you don't even know. Being suspicious is your right and choice...calling someone out shouldn't be. That's half the reason I hate this hobby sometimes. Everyone is so petty anymore that anything they don't have or is too good to be true automatically has to be a "Fake"...it's so pathetic.

selling a dual lebron/MJ is no petty offense. I have no idea if the card is real or fake but what makes me mad about more than accusing someone of being a fraud is when someone is a fraud. What if that card solf for a grand. Then is it a big deal? What if a 15 year old kid saved his money all summer working and bought that card with a couple hundred of his hard earned money... in my opinion it is better to call someone out then have people ripped off constantly... if there is pretty good proof it is not real than something needs to be said about it so it may save that one person from bidding on it. Again... do i think it is fake... i have no idea... i do know it would be pretty fricken hard to get those two autos on the same card and they dont look like a lot of the other autos those guys have but they could be real. I just dont understand why you are standing up for the people that make fake cards.. i got ripped on a card i bought assuming it was real and when i got it i could obviously see where the card was cut and a nice piece of logo patch was inserted. That is what kills the hobby... plus how can we assume stuff is real anymore.... with todays technology almost anyone can open packs and reseal them, remove jersey pieces and switch them out, even reseal factory boxes... there isnt much trust in this hobby and why should there be?

Ok, MJ and LeBron sign the same way EVERY time. These are NOT how the sign. There for, it is a fake.

actually that is 100% NOT true. Take a look a LeBron SP Authentic RC Auto (like the one on my site) and take a look at how LeBron signs a basketball or even his SPX RC Auto...his signature varies quite a bit.
Therefore you still have proved absolutely zero except you are very judgmental of someone you don't even know. I'd love for that seller to end up being someone on this site...you'd totally change your tune.

Tutall - the money is irrelevant as far as a blatant accusation. If a 15 year old saved a $1000.00 perhaps they should do more due dilligence into what they spend their money on. The amount of people in this hobby, and on this site for that matter anymore, that want to blame everyone else and take no responsibility for their own lack or research of questionable purchases absolutely amazes me. It's everyone elses fault anymore in this hobby.

first off i dont see what the person being a member of this site has to do with it.. it also depends on whether they think it is fake.. if they think it is fake because it is to good to be true that is different than if it is a bad immitation... i honestly dont know but what i do know is it is absurd to criticize someone for pointing out a fake to a bunch of people on the forum. I would also venture to guess that since it did go for only 95 bucks there are more people than just this forum that think it is a fake. If the seller would have posted pics or some sort of reputable COA this wouldnt even be a question. Now as for the price has nothing to do with it... i would say your wrong. What if i sold a Mantle 52 Topps as the real deal when i knew it was a fake and made 10K on it. You saw the auction and could tell it was a fake... say i made the background red or orange and put a 1/1 stamp on the back.. to you that is obviously a fake but to a 13 year old kid he may not know the difference... that is the problem.. someone like you could tell the 13 year old it is a fake so he doesnt waste his money on a card like that but spends it on the real deal... that is really what this debate is about..
its like, well maybe bonds didnt use steroids or kenny rogers didnt have anything in his hand during the world series... there is no proof but pretty much everyone knows something isnt right.... in this auction i have no idea but if there are several people saying NO WAY obviously something is wrong

You are missing a huge distinction. If anyone on this wants to say "Hey, This looks odd to me...any opinions on what you think?" that is different then "Hey, this guy is a scammer and is selling fake cards"...that is 100% not cool to do...the first is to educate yourself better...the second is just making a blatant accusation that you cannot back up.
Your Mantle argument is pointless as well. Do you know this seller knew he is selling a fake? didn't think so. So unless you are the seller...then you have no clue what he does know or doesn't know.
So what makes these so called "No Way" people experts? do they know LeBron and MJ? did they watch the guy sign this card? have they compared every LeBron signature for signature comparisons? didn't think so. 3 or 4 people on this site saying "no" is hardly sufficient proof to accuse someone, that by his feedback at least, has been a 100% legitimate seller.
