What % do you think?
I have a buddy who sells toys/clothes/collectibles online and is looking for some help. He asked me about a month ago if I would have any interest in helping him sell some stuff. I told him I would feel comfortable selling some sports cards for him but he can deal with toys, clothes, etc. He liked that idea as he is more of a toy guy anyways.
Non-pressure situation and said if I want to back out after a month or if he can't make enough after a few months he would re-evaluate the situation. He either has the cards or buying random cards for me to sell. He has offered to also pay for all shipping supplies. No pressure whether I list 3, 5, 10, 20+ auctions a week. We both have regular jobs but also have a little more free time since working from home for months. There is a chance I might not even go back into an office setting until next year. I am going to try this out at least for a month coming up soon. I figure at worst I will save the side cash or just purchase some cards casually with it. Will negotiate a fixed price for the first month at least. What is a reasonable/respectful % to ask for? I have not settled on a number or disclose what the final % ends up being. I enjoy cards and not like I will be making a ton off of this. Just curious what you guys think on this. Thanks for any input

Literally got call this morning about it. Came up with a deal so anything I list at .99 cents in auction format will be what I am helping him sell. Majority of it will be low to mid end probably. I did see a 2020 Diamond Kings Frank Robinson autograph /49 for example. Case closed
