Anyone know what this is? Never seen one of these before. Real nice holographic card. Anyone here collect her stuff?

No idea on the card, but I do know she has a really hardcore following in the collecting world. Some of her cards go for big bucks!

I have one of her ITG/Leaf auto's..... If I could see the back of the card I could certainly identify it.... But from the front it appears to be a "broader" - as we used to call unlicensed NHL cards back in the days - Basically and unlicensed NHL card...
I remember Phil Esposito and his GM handling of the Tampa Bay Lighting - and to be honest Esposito approached his GM (and I think he was president too) duties with the Lightning like Charlie Finley did with the Oakland Athletics and the California Golden Seals.. Just a bunch of gags and insane concepts...
I really hate to say this but I think Manon, despite being fantastic for a female goalie was really given the shot at the NHL level because of her looks...
No doubt Manon was a great goalie for a female but If I remember correctly she played a couple of pre-season games, only playing 15 minutes or so and let in like 4 goals.....
Either way she's still a profoundly attractive woman.... And if I'm not mistaken she married Tony Granoto?
Interesting story none the less...

What does the back look like and is there a card number? Trading Card Database has quite a few of her cards listed with pictures, but I didn't see this one.

Yea, I got a bunch of those too, I actually have an autographed one and several non-auto's..
As for the card in the OP - 90% chance it's a broader card (unlicensed card)...
