I have absolutely no idea..... Going into these playoffs all momentum has been lost - a lot of the teams aren't the same and the rosters have been expanded.... I mean this is essentially a "tournament " not a REAL playoff......

lol, wonder what the Vegas odds are?... I mean it's been 4-5 months.... Imagine in any other universe except for this one where NHL teams have a tournament in August, lol..... I do have a feeling that one of the "play-in" teams will make a deep run.

Tho I won't participate, and I'm not trying to be a "homer" but I wouldn't be shocked if the Blackhawks won the Stanley Cup...

IMO, this "playoff" is going to come down to youth and depth....

Obviously, this is just my opinion but I think that a kid with something to prove could "out-skate" a vet with a guaranteed long-term contract and in some situations a NTC/NMC that has been training 3-4 times a week since March in their own homes....

Either way this is going to be one bizarre "playoffs" and it will absolutely get an *asterisk* in the history books..

It's going to go right down to the wire for the qualifying round with a pair of Game 5's happening on Sunday. Some really exciting hockey so far!

Philly vs Tampa Bay is a battle for first - winning team will play Montreal in the first round, loser will get whoever advances between CBJ/Toronto
Washington vs Boston is a battle for 3rd - winning team will play the Islanders, losing team will play Carolina

3 WSH/BOS vs 7 NYI
4 WSH/BOS vs 6 CAR

Western Conference

Colorado vs Vegas is a battle for first - winning team will play Chicago in the first round, loser will play Arizona
St. Louis vs Dallas is a battle for third - winning team will play Calgary in the first round, loser will play Vancouver
