Naxcom Question

I ordered an autograph card from a seller on Naxcom last week, and to my dismay, the card arrived in a #10 envelope. In that past, all of my purchases have been delivered securely in bubble mailers. I was wondering if Naxcom has a shipping policy regarding how items are sent?

This was a "VIP Silver" seller as well.... whatever that means..

I don't think from my experience on nexcom that it lists how shippers will mail out their cards which leaves lots of opportunties like to this to occur. May I ask did the seller atleast top load the card and did the card arrive in the condition you expected? The thing I recommend is if your not totally satisified try first working it out with the seller and if they don't respond or blow it off then take the next step and contact naxcom. I believe there is a feedback system although I have not tried to figure it out yet. I like that site to pick up commons I need so kind of bummer to read this post. I hope it all works out and do contact the seller and see if you two can work something out.

Well... once again I purchased on Naxcom.. and once again... #10 envelope! I"m starting to see a trend.. I"m through with Naxcom. I'll take my chances on EBay

fwiw, I've only purchased twice from Naxcom sellers and both times my purchases were delivered in bubble mailers--and they were only low-end inserts. I think the problem may be more with the individual sellers than with Naxcom. Perhaps the seller should have been contacted to determine their method of shipping. Naxcom does make it possible to email a seller if a buyer has questions.

2. Information About The Seller : NAXCOM also provides you with detailed information about the Seller. First, NAXCOM has a "More Info" link next to each Listing. Click on that to get all the information about the seller, including How long they have been selling on NAXCOM, Are they a VIP Seller (One of NAXCOM's best), What state are they from, How many transactions have they been involved with on NAXCOM, How many listings do they have, etc. You can even send them an email if you have further questions. Keep in mind that every purchase you make, you're protected by NAXCOM's Buyer Protection Guarantee, meaning you are always protected. NAXCOM also removes seller's immediately that don't fulfill transactions.

actually i am also a seller on Naxcom and will only send in 10 envelopes if the card is bought for under a dollar... otherwise i lose money on the card. I only make 91 cents per card sold for 10 cents. This is a huge amount of my inventory. If someone buys a card for 91 cents from me which is how much i get after fees and everything and i pay 63 cents for shipping and 15 cents for an envelope then i withdraw the money i am actually paying Naxcom to be able to send you the card for free.... that is why Naxcom sellers use plain white envelopes

i understand...but..... i'm buying nice autograph cards-- i guess i expect the same shipping that i provide for others

if the card is over 10 dollars the seller is required to buy insurance... you could report them if anything is ever damaged and the buyer had to issue a refund
