No idea if their production was a different staff than previous years, but I can confirm from UD that they don't do their printing in house. It's a 3rd party card who handles a lot of the card companies' cards, and not just UD's.

If you feel they shouldnt be selling or trading it ..... what should they be doing?

Interesting.... on a few of the spots where the pen goes off the sticker, there are these little ink “spikes”. I have never seen that before.

Only way I can see the gold ink bleeding from the sticker to the card is if:
A) The signature was still wet when the sticker was applied to the card, or
B) The sticker was signed after the sticker had been placed on the card.
