    Missing a Pack from Topps Chrome!!!

    I bought a Blaster tonite that clearly states "7 PACKS plus ONE EXTRA PACK. 32 Cards - 4 cards per pack." There were definitely only 7 packs in the box and one pack only had 3 cards in it. What should I do? Send to topps, call, email, what? Someone who has been in this position, please guide me on this, for I know nothing about what to do.

    Sometimes the extra pack is a pack exclusive to the store where you bought the cards. At target for example, there is a pack of cards in the blaster that you can only get in Target blasters.
