BEGGING- I need help on a quick question...
I paid a guy I meant to Charge on Paypal... can he refuse or something so the transaction does not put my bank account negative and cost me $50? In other words I hit Send Money instead of Request payment. So the guy who Owed me got $80 instead of Billed $80.

i think its pretty instant isn't it?? he doesn't have to "accept" the payment, it just goes through i think.

contact paypal and if it was through ebay or something im sure you can get it back.

I found the answer, he can scroll to the bottom of the Payment details and hit the little blue line that says Refund. Thanks for the help.

you can definately get it back, just ask for a refund....but as soon as you click the button to pay someone, they dont have to accept it...it just goes out of your acct and into theirs....instantly i believe....just depends on how strict your bank is with its policies
