    Show Questions

Thes questions is for all of you that have ever set up at a show. How much product do you usually bring? Do you cover your expenses all the time? Is there a geater demand for high end cards or low end cards.
    Thanks,
    Nick

Good questions, I will give a few suggestions:

    1. How much product to bring?
As much as you can display!!! However, focus on making your display a great shopping experience, and cater to the type of customers you will have at the show. If it's kids, you need your packs and cards that cost a few dollars. You get the idea.

    2. No guarantee you will cover your costs your first time. Who knows, you could have a bad night's rest before the show, not have enough time to set up properly, or simply there weren't enough people in attendance. Bottom line is, there will always be bad days. Just learn from the mistakes you made, find out what was successful at the show and model that behavior.

    3. Which have greater demand, hi or low end?
It depends. I would suggest bringing both. Ask questions and get input on what they want. Have business cards and flyers and make some friends, because you WILL have something that that person wants. If you didn't, they wouldn't stop to look in the first place.

Over anything, be prepared, have fun and sell sell sell!!!

when I do shows I always make the most of my money off of my low end product. Usually 80% is less than $10. The high end sells but not every show. Stay local as much as you can and make it easy to find.
