hockey guy with a football question

    hi

i picked up a few vintage football cards in a good sized hockey lot.
i have no idea about them

there are a few 1970's in what looks like in my opinion at least EX prolly closer to EX/NM
most have a cartoon on the back but a couple blank square with a "rub edge of coin over blank space"

    2 questions
    A) are these desirable i dont recognize any of the names btu thats not a surprise
    B) the blank square thing is there a reason?

also a few 1962 's in reasonable condition. no creases but the corners/edges do show some white (wear)
    A) are these desirable? again i dont know any names but there is a Giants & Eagles team card.

thank you guys/gals for any help with these. i just wish to know if they have any value if i try trading them for my hockey wants.

pm works best, but i will check in here routinely

might as well add a photo below

They look like nice vintage cards but I’m not using a magnifying glass on the corners or edging or anything. Anything with good centering is going to have decent value

Not seeing any rookie cards or stars? Team cards could be decent? Depends on if you’re trying to sell or trade, search eBay for 1970 Topps lot of commons

theres a couple of HOF' ers in there, and the condition is pretty good. You should have no problem trading someone.

Like Dan says, you should be able to trade for your Hockey needs. Nice cards and good luck!
