96 Upper Deck Autographed Jordan Card Question

I have come across a 96-97 Upper Deck Michael Jordan card that is autographed and hand numbered 131 of 1000. The signature is in a bronze reflective ink, which makes me wonder if it is an actual autograph or printed on by Upper Deck. Does anyone have any information about if Upper Deck inserted this card in packs? Also wondering if anyone has an idea about what this card is worth. Thanks.

It isn't a real autograph. Just one printed on. I don't think they were inserted into packs they look like they were sold on a home shopping network or through the Upper Deck catalog. Based on eBay sales I would say the card sells for about $100 in mint condition.
