depends on the price range you want. if you have lots of spare dough, jay cutler would be one to look at. for a medium budget, you could try jason campbell. for a cheap budget, another qb that will be good in the long run is brett basanez with the panthers. of course, all this is my own opinion.

If I was you I would go for phillip rivers because he is going to be a star. If you are looking to go cheap the way I started collecting the person I do no (ryan moats) one day I looked in my book of gu cards and noticed I had 5 of him so I decided to get more. That is what I would do.

I am guessing you meant whose rookie cards are after 2001?

The choices you have are Joey harrington, David Carr, Carson Palmer, Byron Leftwich, Kyle Boeller, Rex Grossman, Eli Manning, Ben Roethlisberger, Philip Rivers, Alex Smith, Aaron Rodgers, Jay Cutler, Marcus Vick, Vince Young, Matt Leinart.

Obvious picks are Manning and Rivers to me

Just depends on what you're collecting for....if you're collecting for fun, go with a QB you really like watching, no matter who it is.

If you're looking to flip the cards, I would go with Aaron Rodgers.
