Just saw this posted on the Habs website. Sad news.

    https://www.nhl.com/canadiens/news/c...rs/c-325413520

He had quite the career, both as a player and afterwards. Four kids too. Sad.

Habs fan and collector! Current PC's: Nick Suzuki, Cole Caufield, and Lane Hutson...., and of course...

It's always a tragedy when someone passes far too soon. I remember when I was a kid it seemed like I pulled one of Kurvers cards in every pack, lol he was surely following me around there for a while - both him an Mick Vukota. He had quite the career tho, I remember him as being a pretty serviceable offensive-defenseman with a nice shot, but he was definitely a little suspect on defense.. He bounced around a bit too.

Certainly unfortunate, he was fairly young.

    Condolences to the family.
