There are many different places you go to sell it. You could try to sell it on here, Ebay, Facebook, Instagram, other trading sites. Do you have a price in mind? Ebay will charge you fees where other sites won't.

My brother wants to sell it for at least $500,000. We dont know where to start to try to sell it.

You are obviously free to ask whatever you want for it, but to give you a frame of reference, these are the most recent sales of that card graded BCCG 10 on Ebay...
July 5 - seller accepted an offer lower than $1,849.99
May 28 - $1,450
