This was one of the surprsing moves I've seen in awhile. I totally get the cap space thing, for sure, but how thing whole thing went down is a pure sign of disrespect from Vegas management.

I hope Fleury can finish out his remaining 1-year on his current contract and go out in style. Only a few wins shy of # 500 ....

I am no Hawks fan, but this is great news. You never want to see a great player essentially pushed into retirement, which apparently he was considering.

It'll be interesting to see what kind of a year he has, and where he goes from there.
