One of the most confusing sub-set cards from the 1990s, this Todd Marchant Game Dated Moments card from 1997-98 Upper Deck shows him as he was about to score the Game 7 Overtime winning goal against the Dallas Stars (still my favorite goal of all time).

If you're not aware, Upper Deck made a bunch of "Game Dated Moments" cards, and sprinkled them throughout the base set. That made them confusing was that there were parallels available for just the Game Dated moments (regular base, or program of excellence, etc didn't have them) but they were SSP'd. I don't recall the insert ratios, but they were insanely hard to get.

This Marchant is the SSP'd parallel version. If anyone has the Cujo from the same set, I'd love to work out a deal with you.

Some of you might know that I am an avid SP Authentic set collector and one of the main reasons is there are diverse types of cards in the set! There are great Rookie FWA, Auto Patch cards, Sign of the Times cards in single and multiple autographs. One of my favorite to collect is the Immortal Ink cards because it is a smaller subset but hard to track down because they are numbered out of 10. They always have great Hall of Famers in the group and are always hard signed cards. The card I have included is from the 15-16 SP Authentic set and while the player on it is self explanatory, finding the card was tough and it helped me finish that subset from that year! With further a do, my card for this week:

Sorry had the wrong card on my paste app. Here is my card lol!

The Cup The Show is my all time favorite auto set and the fact that they included athletes from other sports makes it that much more appealing. I was able to land the Tiger Woods autograph when it first came out - one of my favorite cards in my collection

One of my favorite early subsets from 1996 Donruss Elite were these "Cutting Edge" cards. They were plastic-like and looked like they were made of metal. They were serial numbered to /2500 and just looked sharp.

One of my nicest Beliveau from one of the best subset made by UD, Immortal Inks.

this subset (2008-09 ) was cool, most cards were in mint conditions and had nice auto's on them, either blue or purple or red back to also go with the regular mini, which I have this one and its one of the nicest and cleanest auto I was able to find.
Love the set and subsets of this band, wish they would make another comeback.
