    Show & Tell Contest 13.0 - Week 25!

    The theme for this week is: Best vintage card (1980 or older)

    The theme will run from today until 11:59pm EST on Saturday, Oct. 9th, 2021



    General Rules



    1. You MUST post a new scan/picture of your card with your handwritten ID next to it in this thread.
    2. Only one submission per member per week.
    3. A card can only be submitted ONCE throughout the whole contest, so choose wisely.
    4. If you make a mistake, do NOT edit your post! Instead, create a new one, or your entry for the week will be disqualified. No exceptions.

    * Any card that won in last years Show & Tell contest cannot be used again this year!


    How points will be awarded:

    1pt for entering
    4pts for first place
    2pts for second place

    If we get more than 25 entries, an additional point will be awarded to both first and second place.
    And EVERY entry will earn you 25RP!


    First place prize for the overall contest:

    An autographed Guy Lafleur puck from TW Sports!

    While I do have a Gretzky that I could show, I also like using cards I haven't used before(when I can). My card this week is from the 60-61 Topps set which is one of my faves because I have the whole set PSA graded. While this card isn't my highest graded card in the set(a PSA 9 of Dickie Boone) this one is an iconic player in great PSA 7 shape. Not bad for 60 years old!

    Wow that looks like it would have a high grade. I used my Vezina PSA 7 in 2016 so not using it again. Yours looks like it might be at least that.

    well here is my entry for the week and since most of my collection is from early 80's and on , Idont have a hockey card from 70's and earlier so I am thinking outside the box here and went with this one from my oldest set
