I collect the Giants & Jets, and have base cards of the other teams to trade. No autos, no GU's, and a handful of inserts. This is what I have available:

AFC East: Patriots, Bills. Dolphins are gone.
AFC North: Browns, Ravens. I have deals pending on the Steelers and Bengals.
AFC South: Titans and a limited stock of Texans. Jaguars are gone, and I have a deal pending on the Colts.
AFC West: Raiders, Chargers, and limited stock on the Broncos & Chiefs.

NFC East: Redskins. I have a deal pending on the Eagles, and the Cowboys are gone.
NFC North: Packers, Vikings. Deals pending on the Lions & Bears.
NFC South: Falcons, Panthers. Limited stock on the Saints, and the Buccaneers are gone.
NFC West: Rams, Seahawks, Cardinals. The 49ers are gone.
