Hockey guy with a baseball card question

i figure if anybody knows the answers to baseball card questions its the guys and gals here at SCF

a friend dropped off to me a set of
1993 post
pop up baseball cards limited edition
all 18 cards in a 6X4 binder.

there are pull tabs on each card which have not be opened.

he asked if i could find out if these are desirable or not.

any information would be greatly appreciated and passed on

It's a Canadian exclusive that came on a small black box with a logo and seal. Sells on ebay for $10(opened)$20(if sealed). Hope that helps. -Rick
