For the Leaf Fans that actually come here to talk Leafs..
Big Game tonight vs our most likely 1st Round Opponent (barring some kind of collapse) the Tampa Bay Lightning
Should be a great game. We just beat them a couple weeks ago 6-2, a game we pretty much dominated from start to finish. But i also know that means absolutely nothing for tonight's game. The next game after dominating Tampa we played Florida & had them down 5-1 or something like that & ended up losing in OT so yeah, those games mean nothing now. Leafs have been playing very well lately 12-1-1 in our last 14 games or something like that. Hopefully Matthews is back in the Line Up tonight, sure would like to see him get to 60 Goals!!

Shout out to Ovechkin!! Got his 50th of the Season last night. Tied Gretzky & Bossy for most 50 Goal Seasons with 9 & became the Oldest player in NHL History to score 50 Goals!! The Guy's a Machine!!

I believe i also owe a shout out to Timothy Liljegren. He was horrible for quite some time but the last few weeks he's been crazy good!! Barely any giveaway's, carrying the puck out of our Zone with confidence, Making good first passes & even scoring a few Goals!! He's been really good lately.
Sure would like to see Marner get to 100 Points too, he needs 5 more in 5 games to get there.
Was also hoping to see Spezza get to 1000 career points but im thinking thats not going to happen this year, i think he still needs 8 in 5 games & thats if he plays all 5 games, he & Simmonds seem to be rotating days off the last few weeks.

Well Leafs Fans, thats about as much ugliness as you can see in 60 minutes. Its not a big deal though we trashed them just last week & we are missing our Best player, best Goalie & they had a full line up.

Oh no!! We're 12-2 -1 in our last 15 games now, whatever will we do!!

I do like the fact that the Leafs showed Tampa that they are not going to push us around in the Playoffs. Thats about the only good thing we can take from this game.


Hey Habs Fans, come talk to us Leafs Fans when you guys have 50 Wins!! At the Rate your going it will take 3 years for you to get there, 20 Wins this year, probably not many more than that next year, & then in 23-24 you may actually get there. Good thing you got the Best Goalie in the League!! Little do they know he hasn't been the Best Goalie in the League for quite some time now, a waste of 10.5 Million just like Gallagher, (6.5 Million for 6 Goals)!! At least our 6.5 Million Dollar guy has 30 Goals & more than 70 Points.
Dont Fret Habs fans, you have Gallagher until that joke of a contract is over!!
