Metal Universe - PMG Serial Number question

I am not sure if this was discussed earlier. Is there a reason that UD did the serial numbering the way they did on the PMG Green and Reds where the Greens are 1-10/100 and the Reds are 11-100/100? I don't see this as common place on previous releases of Metal Universe.

probably the kid doing the # stamping... stamped the first green card 001/100, and then UDQC said, just finish the last 90 with the red cards.

UDQC...kid, pay attention... we're already almost a year behind on production.

This was done on some other PMG sets as well. Not an error.

    Here's a Stevie Y 14-15 Green PMG with a print run of 10 but numbered #/100.
