No postage?
This morning I got a card I won on eBay from Quebec with no stamp on it.
The envelope was about a half inch bigger around than a card, so very small.
Above my address someone hand wrote "No postage." That's it.
How is that possible?

That is hilarious. Who knows could ask your postal clerk if you have a post office near you. Have a picture?

USPS Clerk here. In the past a letter that had no postage, or was short paid, would be returned to the sender for postage. Now, they send the letters through as postage due with the idea that "the letter carrier will catch it and collect the postage"
My guess would be someone wrote "No postage" to indicate that it should be treated as postage due, but the carrier didn't notice, or didn't know they should collect it.Hidden Content

i have found that the current Cad $ 0.92 stamp with the queens picture on it
doesnt stay stuck in the cold weather
i have had two packages returned to me without proper postage because of that.
or maybe a postie needed an extra stamp.
so i have started taping the corners down - havent had a problem since
maybe it happened in this case as well
