Greetings,

New member to this forum. This is my first time on a card forum. I am a long-term member of many video game forums (NG.com, Racketboy, KLOV, etc). I was active there from 2010-2017 and the last few years still occasionally on, but pretty inactive. That inactivity has coincided with my hobby transition from Video Games / Arcade Hardware to Comic Books and Sports Cards.

As a kid (1980's / 90's) I was an active collector and like many of you, fell out in my mid 20's. Around 2016 my sons were coming to the age when they started growing their own interest in cards. I bought them a box of Optic football at Target and as they say, the rest was history. My sons (16 and 14) are as into cards, and perhaps moreso, than I was at those ages.

While we collect everything, my main PC focuses on vintage basketball, 1935 Chicle Football, 1990's inserts and Chicago players.
My oldest son's focus is 1948 leaf football, Peyton Manning RC's and Refractors, high-end Panini brand on-card autos and vintage basketball rookies.
My youngest son's focus is everything really, but specifically 1990's inserts, Jerry Rice, Drew Brees, and hockey refractors.

At some point they will both sign up as well, so long as mom is OK with it.
