I have a stick that was issued to a player but not used in a game. Two questions: 1. What would I call this? Would it be "game-issued"? and 2. What kind of value would it be worth compared to the game-used version (1%, 5%, 10%, etc.)?

Always cool to have something like that, even if it didn't see the ice.

1. You could go with "game issued" or "game prepared" -- either would be accurate.
2. It would for sure be significantly less, probably 40%-50% at best.
