Uncirculated Cards Question
I recently bought an uncirculated card and am curious if it is possible to pop open one of those cases to replace the card? The reason is that I am having doubts about whether the card is truely uncirculated. The silver stamp looks intact, but I am sure there is a way to loosen those without actually breaking them.
The card is a 2004 Topps Pristine Roethlisberger. I looked in the books and the Uncirculated version is numbered 52. However, mine is 51. Yet, the stamp clearly says Uncirculated. Also, there is some small piece of paper or debris loose in the case.
I am not worried about being ripped off or anything since I got it dirt cheap. Just curious if the card in the case could have swapped out by someone.

The U actually stands for Uncommon, which just means it is numbered lowered than the common version. If you look in the book, card #51 should have a C by it, for Common, and #53 should have an R, for rare.
So I'm guessing it's legit, although you never know.
EDIT: Here's a question, does it say refractor on the back? Because I'm pretty sure only the refractors are uncirculated, and so if it doesn't say that, there's a pretty good chance it was cracked...
