17/18 OPC question
I have an 17/18 OPC card of Tage Thompson #618. I cant remember but I believe that the card came in a box I broke of 17/18 Upper Deck as I never buy packs or boxes of OPC. Card front says it is a Marquee Rookie. The card is very shiny and silvery on the front.
How do you tell if it is a rainbow version? Does it say on the card that it is a rainbow version or is this card another insert or just a Marquee Rookiie?
Any help appreciated.Last edited by jim bradt; 08-02-2022 at 03:12 PM. Reason: Added info

OK so this is the base version of the card:
No gloss or shine on it.
Rainbow version looks like this (via eBay)
Habs fan and collector! Current PC's: Nick Suzuki, Cole Caufield, and Lane Hutson...., and of course...

It can be confusing because there is also a chrome base version that is shiny but isn't a refractor/ rainbow. I collect the rainbow version and it says rainbow on the back.

I think you are thinking of OPC Platinum. The regular OPC set rainbows never say "rainbow" on the back
