A couple questions...
I've got a couple questions for you guys about grading...
1. Where do you send your cards for grading?
2. What kind of precautions do you take in sending them?
3. Is there a different place Canadians should send them?
Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

Hey TorPeteO... I hope this helps you out...
1) Most people trust BGS or PSA for grading. Both are the top choices for improving the value of your cards via grading.
2) You should carefully package your cards. Most companies offer preferred shipping methods and provide you with details on their websites as to how you should pack and ship the cards for best protection. I personally cut the corner of a penny sleeve before putting the card in the sleeve. Then I put the card, already in the penny sleeve, into either a top loader or a more durable plastic sleeve. I then take all the cards I want to send, and put them in a standard card box with some tissue to fill any gaps. I then take the card box and wrap it in bubble wrap, then put it into a shipping box to go. I typically won't do submissions of anything less than a few hundred cards at a time.
3) Good question. You should check with the individual grading companies about that, but I believe it doesn't matter.
Hope that helps!

I prefer sending to SGC. They are usually more consistant, more accurate, and cost less too.
