Need Help Identifying this card

Please help me identify this Stamkos card

I'm not sure if it's a standard issue Upper Deck card or something that someone created as a custom.

It's very un-UD-like for a card to not have any distinct markings on it, even on the printing plates on the back there's usually a sticker that helps to identify it.

I was thinking based on the rectangle at the top it might be something from OPC or OPC Platinum but I couldn't find any card images that look like that. Looks kinda like a "Retro" design, but a printing plate perhaps?

2012 Panini National VIP #11. The regular card is #ed /25, but they must have released the plates too.

Take a look at eBay for "2012 Panini National Convention Progressions". Some very similar cards listed.

Super cool card. Looks like a plate to me, but nice find either way.
