Post Carlos Rodon signs a 6 year $162 million contract with the New York Yankees

    https://www.dailymail.co.uk/sport/ml...nation_desktop

Carlos Rodon has reportedly reached an agreement with the New York Yankees on a six-year contract worth $162 million.

After a one-year stint with the San Francisco Giants, Rodon is set to be heading to the Bronx for the 2023 season and beyond, according to the New York Post's Jon Heyman.

The Yankees have been linked to the starting pitcher for a while, dating back to last season's trade deadline in July.

A lot of money, would have expected less for Rodon!

It isn't my money so I don't care if the Yankees overpay for him lol

But seriously the Yankees should "improve" next year because you basically have the same team as this season and the Astros didn't get anybody to replace Verlander and the rest of the AL teams really didn't make a big splash either. So even if the Yankees stay even they should gain on the competition next year.
