I will trade any 2006 base card ( non-sp ) at half it's BV value!

What does this mean?
It means if you have 1 base card for me I will trade 2 or more of my cards for it.
It also means you get twice the cards for the same trade value elsewhere.

212b is with all blue letters in the name. I'm in need of the regular card with mixed colors in the name.
