Would you list these as Inserts or Commons?

I am updating my trade lists in my excel spreadsheet and was wondering how I should enter these cards. I am talking about the Victory, MVP, and O-Pee-Chee "Updates" inserted in Upper Deck Series 1 and 2 packs. The cards I am specifically looking at are the 08-09, 09-10, and 11-12 Victory Updates, 11-12, 12-13, and 13-14 MVP Updates, and OPC 11-12 to present. Are the Upper Deck inserts or the other brand commons? Thanks for any input.

Well, since I don't list any base cards in my trade lists except rookies and 'Short Prints'. The Short Prints are what I call 'Premium Base'. All base cards that are Serial Numbered, or just short printed like OPC Marquee Legends, OPC Award Winners, Artifacts Star or Artifacts Legend, etc.

I have Upper Deck Update from SP Authentic listed under my 'Premium Base' because they are Short Prints from the Base Set. Even though they are technically inserts as they are inserted into other products at Short Print ratios.

I'd call the inserts. They are the "hit" from the pack they were pulled.
