I just went on COMC and there are a bunch of 65's including Ditka. I don't know what they go for or condition or anything, but they are there.

What determines if they are good?

Don't understand the question. Coke cap condition is a little different than card condition. Some want a cap that has never been used, some want one that has no rust, some want those that have Coke and not Sprite, Tab, etc. As with cards one has to look at the cap and see if it is in the condition they desire.
