Keep getting error message when trying to post. Please Help

I am continually getting an error message when trying ti post to any of the forums. any help to eradicate this problem would be greatly appreciated. thank you in advance. this is how it reads.

i am amazed in itself that this post itself went through but this is a common occurence.
