    bowman card

    I got a pack of bowman and one of the cards confused me a little bit. I know that this is probably a dumb question but im relatively new to the card thing and im full of these dumb questions. Anyways I got a bowman/bowman chrome combo pack and One of the cards I got was an edgerrin James with a yellow border. Also the card was 2x thicker than normal. Is it special or what?

    I'm pretty sure what you're describing is a Bowman Gold.
    Does it look like the one in this scan?

    If so, that's what it is. Also, pretty sure they're worth around 1.5-2 times the value of the regular card.
