    B's didn't retain a single one of their prominent FA. Seem older , had nothing in the draft, not much if anything thru Providence.

    According to Capfriendly, Toronto is now $5.00 million over the cap.

    I think this means Nylander is heading out the door. Bertuzzi and Domi are the gritty forwards their lineup has been missing and if they can turn Nylander into a top pairing D-Man they should at least have a much better playoff team.

    There was a newsreel item this morning indicating that talks with Nylander are not going well, with the hangup being salary expectations.

    Matthews and Marner will both get over 12M, Tavares at 11M, and they want Willy to take 1/3 less at 8M. Too many rock stars on one team I guess.
