Print Run on 1996 Select Certified Mirror Red Premium Stock Parallel?

Can somebody educate me on the print run for the 1996 Select Certified Mirror Red Premium Stock parallels? On eBay people list them as having a print run of 20 but on COMC they do not say. Where did that 20 print run come from? Checking eBay and COMC they seem rare enough that they could have a print run of just 20 but I really don't get the history of the set as one would assume gold mirror would trump a premium stock red. I guess this was a football only parallel because they do not have this one in the baseball version.

Still a bit weird they chose to make it red and not a gold premium stock parallel

1996 Select Certified Red SP/2000
1996 Select Certified Blue SP/200
1996 Select Certified Mirror Red SP/90
1996 Select Certified Mirror Blue SP/50
1996 Select Certified Mirror Gold SP/35
1996 Select Certified Mirror Red Premium Stock SP/20

Maybe they were going to make a rarer Mirror Blue Premium Stock and Mirror Gold Premium Stock? Like a maybe SP/10 for the and a SP/1 for the gold?
