Trying to get an idea for 07
I kind of got started late on collecting someone this year and have now chosen a few guys to start some little collections of. I'm going to keep the Jones-Drew collectiong going for sure as he has the best potential of any player I've chosen to collect this year.
My question for 2007 is do card companies make a lot of cards for offensive line players at all? I'm only asking because a guy that I have some interest in collecting is Joe Thomas of Wisconsin.
Just wondering if they have a lot of cards of some of the top offensive lineman at all. I know D'Brickshaw had quite a few cards made.
And just a bonus question to add to the topic. Who are some of the guys you are most interested in collecting next year?

Joe will be a good player, Im hearing top 5 out of him.
As for many cards, they dont make many sadly. Back when the Vikes Drafted Bryant McKinnie in 02 I believe (7th pick) he had a few autos, but not many.
Makes it easy for a complete set though!

Thomas is definately a guy I'll be picking up cards of. I've been looking at NCAA 2007 for ps2 tryign to find guys that might be easy to collect next year. Kind of lame, but I don't want to start half way through the year when the guys I want to collect are hot.

The only way you'll see many cards of an O-Lineman is if he is a top 10 pick or at the Rookie Premiere. If the OL you want to collect falls past the top 15, there won't be much of his stuff out there at all. Hope this helps, good luck with what you decide!!!
Bonus answer:) - I plan on collecting a little bit of some Alabama players who graduated this year (Ken Darby, Le'Ron McClain, Tim Castille, etc.), but I'll still be mostly collecting DeMeco Ryans:).
