I thought I'd announce the 2023 – 2024 image uploading contest!! Get those scanners humming as this one is gonna be big!!

The contest will run from October 1, 2023 (12:01 am) until September 30, 2024 (11:59 pm).

1st Place - 3 boxes or 2 box 2 rack pack (first pick of prizes)
2nd Place - 2 boxes or 1 box 2 rack pack (second pick of prizes)
3rd Place - 1 box (if left) or 3 rack packs (third pick of prizes)
4th Place - 2 rack packs (depending on picks) (fourth pick of prizes)
5th Place - 1 rack packs plus 1000 reward points (depending on picks) (fifth pick of prizes)
6th Place - 1500 reward points (depending on picks)

Contributors will still get their 2 RPs per valid image uploaded that they usually receive.

We'll post a public leader board here - http://opg.sportscardforum.com/scf/report/imageval/28 so members can see who has uploaded the most images, images that have not yet been validated and images that have been refused in the validation process. A link on the number of images refused will let you see which images were refused and you can always ask me why they were refused and we will gladly help you out.

For instance we have a minimum size requirement that is if you multiply the width by the height, it needs to be equal or greater than 550 x 375 pixels or larger is preferred. This is what we use for the minimum size in the master card image library and not for your use in just your inventory. Images of the FRONT of the card - no BACK images will be accepted.

Your images must pass validation so make sure to check the Validation tutorial for all of the card image validation requirements. If you have a card rejected and you would like to re-upload a different image for that card, please contact @ShayneShark to clear that card from the database BEFORE you upload a new version.

I'm working on getting the list of prizes up - just been one of those nut weeks so far at "Real life" work. I'm trying to get to it tonight or at latest tomorrow.
