For those of you that I had committed cards to and then listed them on this thread. I sincerely apologize and I have now deleted them. I am not selling them to anybody else and I will not. They will all be mailed out today and you will have your dc #'s by tonight. I hope I can continue to trade on this site, even though I am sure that my reputation has taken a huge hit by this big mistake. I would just like to say that, I am not a criminal and I never planned on ripping anybody off. I have had a long week and made a mistake with what cards I still had available for sale/trade. I hope some people will understand this. I am not looking at any posts underneath this thread, because I don't want to get into any arguments. Did you have two of the Hawk and Rodgers because if you did not you already sold those to me. I paid through Paypal AND they were supposed to be in the mail already.

Thats a good question, I bought a card as well, its been a week and a half!! You got your money immediately! Also, I requested a DC number the day after our transaction as part of our deal and it took you a week to send my package out (which I still havent recieved). What gives?? I gave you paypal and specifically asked for a DC number as part of the transaction to protect myself. Until I recieve my card my advice to all viewers is "BUY WITH CAUTION"

Hmm...I tried to buy the Hawk #/25 a few days ago, and the seller said that they had sold it on another site.

Seems a tad fishy to me. I hope you guys didn't send your money first. I told the seller that I'd need the card sent first before I paid because they were new, and that's when they backed out of the deal. Hmmm???

Don't worry I put my trade into dispute after the seller decided they were'nt going to give me a DC# the very next day (which we agreed upon as the terms of sale), its been a week and a half now, I finally recieved a DC# a few days ago, but no package yet. I took the risk because I liked the price, and I knew full and well that I could be scammed. Until I get my package and card I will NOT back this trader/seller.

I will give him until tonight until I put the trade into dispute. Is there a way to tell if someone has a trade in dispute BEFORE you do a deal. I agree with Nick I did the deal because of the price but if he does not come through I WILL get my money back.

I put the trade into dispute to try and save some of the other members on here from getting scammed if indeed thats what this is, I figured he/she had already sold a few cards to others and didn't want it to get out of hand on here. I hope its not a scam, I really do, but I know I'm not the only who bought cards and hopefully this will keep others from buying until we recieve our cards. If and when I recieve my cards I will let everybody know. Funny thing is this person asked if they could use me as a reference, I haven't even recieved my card yet and they blatantly ignored the terms of our sale that I had established prior to buying.

I filed a claim on Paypal. I know it is early but it all adds up to a problem and I can easily close it if I get my cards. I am just hoping Paypal would stop the spending of the money if a claim was filed. I also hope I am wrong but until I gat a DC# I have to assume the worst plus my email I sent has not been answered yet
