Presales were popping up for $160 in my area

Tins are $70 but you do get more cards. 3YG's, 3 Dazzlers, and more other inserts

Blasters are still $30 but the average amount of young guns you can pull in a blaster is 1.33

Retail boxes typically don't go on pre-order (at least in my area), but I did notice that 2022-23 Extended had no retail boxes. Maybe they're doing away with 24 pack retail boxes and sticking with tins and blasters.

Well, darn it anyway. Last week, the place I usually buy from had series 2 pre-orders for $160CAD. I went to pre-order it today but they're sold out. I hope I don't end up paying $300....

I'm out. I'll wait and see if O-Pee-Chee is a stand-alone product and reasonably priced. If not, I'm skipping the whole year's products.

Since they can't make a Bedard card in a Blackhawks jersey until he plays in a game. I'm going to laugh if everyone pays these huge prices to preorder series 2 and he doesn't play/plays so late he's added to Extended instead.

Tye Kartye is on the series 2 sell sheet which is enough for me to buy a couple boxes.

Yeah, I think Im personally done with preorders for S1/S2 until UD gets their QA in line and the price drops. This is getting ridiculous.

Because Upper Deck doesn't have priority access to the industrial printer like they did before the pandemic. It's been this way for the last two years now that Series 1 is printed overseas (Italy) and contains only holdover rookies. The only way they get Series 1 ready in time for the traditional Fall Expo release (early November) is to do it this way.
